What ESL stations are, and what they're not. This day covers why stations work for all 4 language domains, a walkthrough of my 10 station types organized by skill, how to choose the 4-5 stations that make sense for your students and classroom, and tips for using partners and building sustainable routines. Includes a live walkthrough of planning your first rotation, plus a free planning template you can use for group and small group lessons.

Day 3: Making It Stick
Why stations often fall apart after a few weeks, and how to prevent it. You'll learn how to build sustainable systems with fresh content but familiar routines, tools for teaching independence, and what to do when testing, meetings, or burnout threaten your consistency. This day ends with a step-by-step planning session for your first 30 days of stations.
