Your Deadlines
Session title and description — June 10 (final extended deadline)
Headshot, bio, and Goodie Bag contribution (if contributing) — June 25—extended

Recording Your Session
Length: 20 to 30 minutes
Format: slides, talking head, or a mix — whatever works best for your content
Audio: please use a microphone if possible — clear audio matters more than video quality
Resolution: 1080p preferred, 720p minimum
Tool: use any recording tool you are comfortable with — Loom, Zoom, or anything that produces a clear video
How to submit your video: Upload your recording to YouTube as an unlisted video and paste the link into the submission form below. Unlisted means only people with the link can see it — it will not appear on your channel or in search.
Your Session
Your session should feel practical and immediately useful. The kind of thing a secondary ESL teacher can take back to their classroom or their mindset the very next day. Real experience, honest insights, and concrete strategies are what this audience needs most.
Handouts You’re welcome to include a handout with your session — a checklist, template, graphic organizer, or any resource that complements what you are teaching. Handouts are available to all attendees for free alongside your session. You can also include an opt-in at the end of your handout.
Goodie Bag You are also welcome to contribute a paid resource you already sell (or create a new one) to the All Access Pass goodie bag. This is exclusive to pass holders and will be featured on the pass holder page alongside your photo and bio. Just something you already have or that is easy to create that would be valuable for secondary ESL teachers.

Promoting the Summit
Your affiliate link: You will receive your personal affiliate link via email the week of June 29th. This is the link you will share with your audience. It tracks every All Access Pass sale you drive and is how you earn your 40% commission.
Swipe copy and graphics: The week of June 15 you will also receive a speaker swipe file with everything you need to promote the summit — email copy, social media captions, and branded graphics. You will not have to write anything from scratch. Feel free to adjust the email copy and captions to fit your voice and your audience. Please do not alter the graphics and social media images I provide so we can keep consistency throughout the promotion.
Please share: — At least 2 emails to your list the week of July 13 — At least 2 social media posts before July 21 — If you want to create reels or talk about the summit on video, that is absolutely encouraged and welcome.
A note on sharing: The more you share, the more chances you have of driving All Access Pass sales and earning commission. I encourage you to share wherever you have your biggest and most engaged audience, whether that’s email, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or all of the above.
